Welding Supervision and Welding Inspection
MC Quality have qualified welding supervisors experienced in welding of open cut mining equipment. We regularly support repairs by conducting onsite welding supervision on contract Boilermakers. MC Quality personnel are qualified welding inspectors through CSWIP and IIW.
Our supervision is beneficial to our customers and can act either to aid with the quality and efficiency of the welding or to educate the repairers if the welding is not going to plan.

Welding Inspection
Any structural welding conducted on a piece of mining machinery shall be completed in accordance with an approved or qualified welding procedure specification, which will designate the repair method, welding parameters, the run sequence, the structural category and the permissible level of imperfections.
MC Quality welding inspectors provide third party welding inspection and reporting, all MC Quality personnel are qualified welding inspectors through CSWIP.
