Overhaul project compliance ties in with development of the overhaul work scopes, MC Quality has sound knowledge of Australian, ISO and AWS standards and technical documentation relevant to the repair of structural, wear and cast steels.
Acting on the customers behalf as an Inspection Authority is an important role and at all times the MC Quality inspector is to act openly and is to maintain the integrity and business culture which is built into MC Quality. If the job is not right it will be highlighted to the repairer and the principal or intern if the job is good we will also acknowledge this and pass it onto the repairer and the principal.

Overhaul Inspections
Weekly or as required overhaul inspections are conducted to ensure the workmanship is in accordance with the scope of works and also to assist when additional tasks are found which need technical direction.
